Anxiety management – planning, discussing and overcoming times that trigger your anxiety.
Self-care – discussing, implementing and managing you looking after you
Menu planning – weekly food schedules, meal planning and sourcing the ingredients.
Respite - giving you or your primary caregiver free time.
Daily living skills – healthy daily routines, eating, cleaning, working, maintaining a positive focus, looking after your environment.
Companionship company – time spent together that may not involve actual coaching or support just company.
Routine forward planning – Diary planning for appointments, meetings, events and courses etc.
Job preparation - job hunting and preparation including cv writing and help preparing for interviews.
Transport Training / Support – overcoming any issues with travel
Manners / etiquette - feeling comfortable in social situations and understanding social requirements and managing expectations
Advocacy - accompanying you in meetings to help make sure your feeling and thoughts are heard.
